Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: May 19, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the services provided by DriteStudio (a brand operated by Craft Intertech (Thailand) Co., Ltd.). By purchasing or continuing to use our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

1. Overview and Acceptance

This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. It applies to every product we offer — VPS, VPS Forex, Web Hosting, Dedicated Server, Game Server Hosting, Colocation, and Security services — and to every person who connects to or uses those services on your behalf. You are responsible for the activity that occurs on or through your services, regardless of whether you authorized it.

2. Prohibited Network Activities

You may not use our services to engage in any activity that disrupts networks, services, or other users. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Denial-of-service attacks (DoS, DDoS, amplification, reflection), whether outgoing from our network or coordinated through it
  • Unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing of systems you do not own or have written permission to test
  • Brute-force, credential-stuffing, or password-spraying attacks against any system
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), SMS spam, phishing, or any other abusive messaging
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojans, rootkits, or any malicious software
  • Operating open relays, open proxies, or open recursive DNS resolvers without proper rate limiting and abuse handling
  • Spoofing source IP addresses or forging network traffic to disguise its origin

3. Carrier Abuse and Packet Manipulation

We strictly prohibit the use of our services to bypass mobile carrier billing, zero-rated app entitlements (such as free social-media or messaging bundles), or any traffic classification mechanism. This applies regardless of the technique used — including SNI spoofing, host header injection, payload obfuscation, or any other form of packet manipulation. Specifically prohibited:

  • Running V2Ray, Xray, Shadowsocks, Trojan, VLESS, VMess, or any tunneling or proxy software configured with custom SNI, host headers, or payloads designed to be misclassified as zero-rated traffic on mobile networks
  • Modifying TCP/IP packet headers, TLS ClientHello fields, HTTP headers, or QUIC handshakes to misrepresent the destination, application, or service to a network operator
  • Selling, reselling, or distributing access to tunnels, configurations, subscription links, or scripts intended for the purposes above
  • Providing tutorials, guides, configuration files, or support that help others bypass carrier billing or zero-rating systems
  • Operating any service whose primary purpose is to obtain free internet access by deceiving a mobile carrier, ISP, or any other network operator

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to host, store, distribute, or facilitate access to content that is illegal under Thai law or the law of any jurisdiction where the content is accessible. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, including pirated movies, music, software, e-books, and stream-ripping services
  • Content that promotes terrorism, mass violence, human trafficking, or incites hatred against protected groups
  • Fraudulent content, including phishing pages, fake online stores, investment scams, and impersonation of brands or individuals
  • Software cracks, keygens, license-circumvention tools, and pirated commercial software
  • Content that violates Thailand's Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) or any successor legislation

5. Cryptocurrency Mining and Validation

Cryptocurrency mining, including proof-of-work mining and pool participation, is not permitted on shared VPS, Web Hosting, or Game Server services. On Dedicated Server and Colocation services, mining may be permitted with prior written approval and is subject to additional terms covering power, cooling, network rate, and abuse handling. Proof-of-stake validation and lightweight wallet operation are generally allowed, provided they do not violate the resource-usage rules below.

6. Resource Usage and Fair Share

Our shared and standard plans operate on a fair-share basis. You agree not to use resources in a way that materially degrades service for other customers. The following may trigger throttling, migration to a different host, or suspension:

  • Sustained CPU usage at or near the plan's published limit for extended periods on shared-CPU plans
  • Excessive disk I/O that impacts other tenants on the same storage system
  • Sustained outbound bandwidth that triggers network congestion or exceeds plan allowances
  • Running workloads that violate the published specifications or fair-use limits of your service plan
  • Using a hosting plan to function as a backup or storage service for unrelated systems

7. Third-Party Software and Customer Responsibility

All software you install on our services — including operating systems beyond our default images, control panels, applications, scripts, plugins, and themes — is your sole responsibility. We do not warrant, support, or accept liability for third-party software. Specifically:

  • No refund will be issued for problems caused by user-installed third-party software, misconfiguration, outdated software, expired licenses, or compromised credentials
  • You are responsible for keeping installed software up to date and applying security patches in a timely manner
  • We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or security incidents arising from third-party software you choose to run
  • If third-party software causes abuse, instability, or harm to other customers or to our infrastructure, we may suspend the service without prior notice
  • Backups remain your responsibility unless a managed backup service is explicitly included in your plan

8. Reporting and Investigation

If you believe a customer of ours is violating this AUP, please contact our abuse team. Reports should include logs, timestamps in UTC or with explicit timezone, source IP addresses, affected hostnames, and any other relevant evidence. We investigate every credible report and may share information with law enforcement or affected third parties when required by law or necessary to protect users. Submitting false or malicious reports may itself be a violation of this AUP.

9. Enforcement and Consequences

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take action without prior notice when necessary to protect users, our network, or third parties. Enforcement actions may include:

  • Warning, with a request to remediate within a stated period
  • Rate limiting, throttling, or temporary suspension of the affected service or account
  • Termination of the service without refund of unused fees
  • Permanent ban from creating future accounts on our services
  • Suspension, deletion, or revocation of access to stored data after the retention period stated in our Terms of Service
  • Referral to law enforcement and cooperation with authorities, particularly for offenses under Thailand's Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and its amendments
  • Recovery of costs, fines, or damages arising from your violation, including charges by upstream providers
  • Withholding of refunds — termination or suspension under this AUP follows the no-refund provisions of our Refund Policy, with the scope and severity of the violation taken into account. If you believe enforcement was based on an error or that your service was accessed by an unauthorized third party, you may contact our support team with supporting evidence within 14 days to request a review

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect new threats, legal requirements, or service changes. Material updates will be communicated through our website and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. For questions about this policy or to report abuse, contact us at:
