You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Hosting content that promotes violence or discrimination

5. Payment Terms

• Services are billed according to selected plans
• Payment is due upon invoice generation
• Non-payment may result in service suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In case of service disruptions beyond our control, we may provide service credits according to our SLA policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Payment is not received for outstanding invoices
• Your usage negatively impacts other customers
• Required by law or legal process

8. Limitation of Liability

DriteStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DriteStudio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
